Candid Platform, a Netherlands based communications group of seven agencies has now acquired Houston PR, based in the UK. Candid provides services across media, creative and digital.
Candid is not big in the B2B space, however, by acquiring Houston (along with a UK footprint) they gain corporate expertise. Houston works with clients including: Biffa, ProtexAI, FireAngel and Redline Assured Security.
Candid also previously acquired Coopr in Belgium, which recently won the Lenovo (B2B tech and consumer) PR contract for the region.
